Cascaruja & Porrate Christmas Market

Alicante's traditional Christmas-week market on the Paseo de Federico Soto: stalls of cascaruja and porrate — roasted nuts, dried fruit and seeds — with turrón and Christmas sweets, for stocking up before Nochebuena. It runs for the last few days before Christmas, closing on Christmas Eve; dates confirmed nearer the time.
