Alicante's calendar is anchored by the Hogueras de San Juan in June — the city's huge bonfire festival, a Festival of International Tourist Interest, with mascletàs, the flower offering, nightly fireworks and the midnight Cremà on 24 June. The rest of the year has big set-pieces too: Alicante Gastronómica each October, and a full Christmas of lights on the Explanada and Rambla ending with one of Spain's grandest Three Kings parades.
Day to day, there's the big Babel street market on Thursdays and Saturdays, concerts across the city's venues, and the beach-club season out at San Juan. This page keeps the coming days — tonight, this weekend and the week ahead — in one place, updated as events are confirmed.

In June — the main days run roughly 20–24 June, climaxing at midnight on 24 June with the Cremà, when the giant satirical monuments are burned. It's a Festival of International Tourist Interest and the city's biggest celebration, with daily mascletàs in Plaza de los Luceros.
Early October — the 2026 edition runs 2–5 October at the IFA fairground, a big food fair with showcooking, tastings and hundreds of activities from top chefs.
The big weekly street markets — Babel and Teulada — run on Thursday and Saturday mornings, roughly 8am to 2pm. Babel, in its namesake district, is the largest with around 300 stalls.
The lights switch on in early December along the Explanada, Rambla and Plaza de los Luceros, with a Christmas market and family activities, ending with one of Spain's biggest Three Kings parades through the centre on 5 January.
